Foresite Group was hired by Crown Castle to be an A&E partner for their T-Mobile Small Cell rollout at 150+ sites in the South Florida market (Miami-Dade County specifically). One challenging aspect our team navigated for these projects was working with jurisdictions that needed to keep up with the large quantity of permit applications while continually developing small cell zoning standards to adapt to a relatively new industry.
