Foresite Group completed work on this 340-acre mixed-use project that includes design for a Publix supermarket and attached shops, commercial outparcels, and office outparcels. The entire development also includes master planning for a 200-acre residential development with single-family homes, townhomes, and garden-style homes to accommodate the rapidly growing City of Auburn. This unique site required extensive storm water analysis and design with multiple water features and ponds, as well as dealing with known rock.
