The Retreat at Mills Creek Senior Living is one phase of a five phase multi-use development in DeKalb County, Georgia. Our team completed site design services and construction administration for the new 80 unit senior living facility at the Mills Creek development. This facility consists of a ¾ split building with parking and one driveway. Our team worked with EarthCraft to obtain certification and meet their guidelines.
