Our team is providing professional civil engineering design services for a new Senior Living development that is comprised of 175 residential units on a 22.5-acre lot. The development consists of one-story senior living cottages, a three-story senior living building, club house, porte cochere, administrative offices, covered and uncovered parking and a central courtyard.

Our services included survey coordination, due diligence, civil construction documents, permitting, stormwater pollution prevention plan, and construction phase services.
