Foresite Group began working on this multi-phase single family residential project off of Shell Toomer Parkway in 2007 for Cleveland Brothers, Inc. Construction is currently being wrapped up on the 10th Addition of this development for Clayton Properties Group, Inc. Foresite Group also worked on a redesign of Mimms Trail 9th Addition Phase 2, which will add approximately 55 new residential lots. The overall site is 300+ acres and is bounded by Shell Toomer Parkway, Lee Road 022, Chewacla State Park, and Chewacla Creek.
