Foresite Group worked with NuRock Companies on this eight-acre, 105-unit Earthcraft certified, senior living complex in McDonough, Georgia. Situated on a sprawling wooded lot, the property includes four separate apartment buildings, surface parking, a covered drop-off area, and numerous ADA compliant units. Design and permitting for this project included walking paths, an outdoor kitchen, swimming pool, clubhouse, landscape/hardscape features, gated entry, and a central courtyard.
