This 12-acre senior housing project required design, permitting, and coordination for approximately 28 new one-story multi-family buildings, each with 2,400sf. Aspects of the design included internal roadway infrastructure, utility design, associated driveways, sidewalks, parking lot, landscape design and stormwater management. Foresite Group also provided a landscape plan for this project.
