Foresite Group is providing civil engineering services for a new 13.5-acre multi-family development on Cahaba Valley Road in Shelby County, Alabama. The proposed development includes 72 condo-style units. The site is located on an Alabama Department of Transportation (ALDOT) highway and required design and permitting to satisfy ALDOT requirements. Rezoning of the property from Agricultural District to Special District was also required.
