SCOPE
This new 201-unit (719 bed) student housing and 10,000 SF retail mixed use development is located immediately adjacent to the Auburn University campus on West Magnolia Avenue in Auburn, Alabama. This approximately 3.57 acre site spans almost an entire City block and includes the replacement of an existing free-standing Chick-fil-a restaurant with an in-line restaurant with stacking for up to 40 vehicles in the drive thru. The project consists of retail, Chick-fil-a restaurant, and clubhouse on the first floor, student apartments, 1st floor podium parking under the residential towers for retail parking along with a separate 809 space parking garage, and amenities. The project also includes the design of a new Tiger Transit bus stop location at the front of the development, as well as a raised crosswalk with rapid flashing beacon to cross West Magnolia Avenue to enter the Auburn University Ginn Concourse from the development.
