SCOPE

Rhodes Jordan Park sits on 160 acres in downtown Lawrenceville, Georgia, and is anchored by a 22-acre lake. Foresite Group served as the prime consultant for the Gwinnett Department of Community Services, Parks and Recreation division. Design, permitting and construction administration for this park consisted of a soccer complex addition, roadway design, boardwalk design, multi-use trail, badminton courts, tennis center, office, restroom/concession buildings and pavilions. This $12,000,000 project required extensive coordination with the county, city agencies, federal and state jurisdictions.
