SCOPE

This project consisted of design, coordination, and permitting to accommodate a new 8,500sf senior center at the site of an existing recreation center. The design includes basketball court additions, parking modifications, a detention pond, and utility upgrades. Considerable coordination was necessary with the architect and the City of Auburn to adapt this new building to the existing site and reconfigure the parking, access, and connectivity.
