SCOPE

Foresite Group teamed with a design-build contractor to provide site and landscape design and permitting services for a 40,982sf building and warehouse on a 9.21-acre site for Schmidt Automotive USA in Auburn, Alabama. This project included the design of a parking lot with 50 employee parking spaces, a truck access driveway with two loading docks and an at-grade door, and all stormwater and utility infrastructure for future building expansions.
