SCOPE

Foresite Group provided site design and permitting services to Publix Super Markets to retrofit a 638,000sf distribution facility on +/-42 acres in McCalla, Alabama, to meet their dry goods distribution needs in the state. This project involved the site and utility design for a 5,300sf cafeteria and break room addition, design of employee and truck access control points, accessible ramps to bring the shipping and receiving offices into ADA compliance, as well as sitewide drainage, utility, lighting, fencing, and asphalt improvements and repairs.
