SCOPE

Initial Outfitters, Inc. is a local apparel and accessory company in Auburn, Alabama, that needed more space after outgrowing their existing facility. Foresite Group worked with SR&F architects to complete the civil design of a new 2-story, 56,900sf office/production facility. Our team provided the design of the parking lot, landscaping, drainage facilities, stormwater pond, water/sewer utilities, and loading docks. One unique challenge of this project was the presence of a large, high-pressure natural gas transmission line that ran just north of the site. Foresite Group coordinated with the local gas company to ensure all site design accounted for this challenge.
