SCOPE

Foresite Group completed conceptual design renderings, 3-D renderings, and a site master plan for a new industrial facility development. Several concepts were created to maximize the use of the land. The proposed site includes one main 130,000sf building, a bistro/retail 50,000sf building, an outdoor patio and garden area, a loading dock area, and room for a future 90,000sf building addition.
