SCOPE

Foresite Group teamed with a design-build contractor to provide site and landscape design and permitting services for a 27,600sf building and warehouse on a 12.42-acre site for Berghoff Precision Machining in Auburn, Alabama. This project included the design of a parking lot with 38 employee parking spaces with the ability to add 43 spaces, a truck access driveway with two loading docks and an at-grade door, and all stormwater and utility infrastructure for future building expansions.
