SCOPE

Foresite Group teamed with a design-build contractor to provide site design and permitting services for a 26,660sf building addition on an 8.85-acre site at the Arkal Automotive facility in Auburn, Alabama. This project included the design of a parking lot expansion to add 40 employee parking spaces, fire main extension, and an at-grade door, as well as stormwater infrastructure for future building expansions.
