Foresite Group provided a number of multi-disciplinary services for this 5.14-acre project consisting of a new hotel, driveways, master underground stormwater detention facility, and rough grading of future parcels with utility stub-outs. A traffic impact study was performed to determine if turn lanes would be warranted at the site, and a landscape plan at the hotel site was also provided. Foresite Group’s Land Development team provided full civil construction drawings, permitting coordination, hydrology study and report, and construction phases services, as well as preliminary site plan alternatives for various users on the hotel development’s outparcels and additional property.
