SCOPE

This project consists of a new two-story medical office building (41,500sf) and a single-story sports training facility (15,000sf) completed by Foresite Group’s Structural Engineering team. The medical office building is a steel frame with composite metal deck and braced frames for the lateral force resisting system. This project included relocation of x-ray rooms and an added whirlpool room. Our team provided schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction phase services.
