SCOPE

Foresite Group completed the repair, extension, and restoration of the 3-story Pope Fire Station #7, Building 250 at Fort Bragg. Civil design completed includes the demolition and removal of 10,000 sf of an asphalt parking lot, curb, gutter, landscape islands, and sidewalks. Site design services for the new addition and parking lot reconfiguration, hardscape, sidewalks, storm drainage roof repair, and water and wastewater. Alongside an architect, our team completed schematic design, design development, construction documents, design reviews, and cost estimates.

Work performed under this task order complied with the latest edition of all required publications, Federal, Department of the Army, State of North Carolina, and Fort Bragg construction safety and environmental protection laws, regulations, rules, and codes including ASHRAE, NFPA, IBC, ASTM, DOD, EPA, UFC, and the Fort Bragg Installation Design Guide.
