Foresite Group’s Landscape Architecture team designed a master plan for Sylvan Abbey Memorial Park in Clearwater, Florida. This document provided further direction for development and could also be used for marketing the site. Primary items for review were aesthetic issues pertaining to the retention pond, addressing if the pond could be utilized as an amenity or an asset to the site, and determining if the pond could be buffered, relocated, or modified.
