Located on Roswell Road in Atlanta, Georgia, this free-standing vacant restaurant was redeveloped into Georgia Primary Bank and includes a double drive-thru. Foresite Group provided professional civil engineering services for Consultants & Builders, Inc. (CBI) from the preliminary design phase through project construction. Our team completed construction documents, site layout plans, a due diligence report, permitting, utility design, and driveway and parking improvements for the new drive-thru. This project required coordination with the City of Atlanta Building Department, Planning and Development Department, and CBI.
