Foresite Group worked directly with the Church of the Highlands on a new Auburn facility and campus expansion for this growing ministry. A preliminary due diligence investigation was performed which uncovered several site challenges. This site also had several special considerations due to its proximity to the airport, existing high-pressure gas mains located on-site, state waters and wetlands located along the northern property line, and strict corridor regulations. Close coordination with the City of Auburn, Southern Natural Gas, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Federal Aviation Administration, and subcontractors was needed to ensure the project was completed on time.
