This design-build project included a multi-purpose field and new concession stand. Foresite Group provided a 6-acre utility and topographic survey, flood study, hydrology study, due diligence report, and an illustrative design. This design included a Sketchup 3-D graphic model of the field from two perspective views, allowing the Client to choose which perspectives to use for presentation materials. The team also prepared the final color renderings.
