This commercial project included a new 9,425sf commercial development, as well as the redevelopment of Piedmont Marketplace (approximately 43,500sf of shopping center space) for new tenants, sidewalk adjustments, minor parking field adjustments, and associated infrastructure. Foresite Group provided full civil engineering and landscape architecture services on this site, including pre-deal services such as feasibility and site plan coordination for several related outparcels.
