Gateway sits on a 21.3-acre tract of land located along Roswell Road in Sandy Springs, Georgia. The site was rezoned from residential to MIX to accommodate a two-phase mixed-use redevelopment. The initial phase of this redevelopment is comprised of 400 residential units, 111,997sf of retail/commercial space, 4,000sf of office space, and a 7-story parking structure. The second phase of the project is comprised of 300 residential units. The project lies within the Sandy Springs Live-Work Neighborhood and Windsor Park Node.

Foresite Group provided professional civil engineering services for the Retail Phase of the Gateway Development including Sprouts Farmers Market, CVS/pharmacy, and four retail/office buildings.
