Foresite Group’s Land Development team in Portland, Oregon, recently completed full civil and structural services for the Audi Spokane Valley expansion in Spokane Valley, Washington. This +/- 10,000sf expansion will provide the tenant additional vehicle service area, detail bays, parts storage, and additional restrooms. This redevelopment includes additional utility services to the new structure as well as some creative grading to accommodate the new structure. Design and permitting is complete and construction is slated for 2021.
