Nathan Spence, PE, is the Division Director for Foresite Group's Land Development Division in Birmingham, Alabama. Nathan is a proud graduate from Auburn University and is professionally licensed in Alabama. Nathan has experience in a wide variety of civil engineering projects including education, commercial, residential, multi-family, healthcare, and water distribution. He has expertise in site design, watershed analysis, hydrology, mass grading, erosion control, water distribution calculations, and GIS analysis.

Fun Fact: Nathan’s passion for road cycling in college has evolved into his new hobby of bikepacking, which has led him to go on epic trips in southeast Utah, Virginia, North Carolina, and north Georgia. He and his wife own 9 bicycles, including a tandem that they enjoy riding to Birmingham’s breweries when the weather is nice.
