Michael “Mickey” Thomas, P.E., is a Vice President with more than 28 years of experience delivering civil engineering solutions for site development and municipal infrastructure projects across Texas. His technical expertise includes grading and drainage design, water and sanitary sewer systems, roadway design, and overall site engineering, supported by experience in construction administration and feasibility analysis. Mickey has extensive experience supporting K-12 facilities, having worked with numerous school districts on new construction, renovations, and campus additions. He is known for his hands-on approach and ability to lead projects from planning through construction while ensuring technical quality and coordination with clients and local agencies.
