David Norris, PE, is the Regional Leader for Foresite Group's Land Development Division in Dallas, Texas overseeing our teams in Portland, OR; Denver, CO; and Cincinnati, OH. David graduated from Oklahoma State University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering. He has a background in commercial and multi-family land development.
